The My Ideal Patient Experience Network

What We Do
about-brooklyn

What the My Ideal Patient Experience Agency does

We are a team of patient experts and healthcare insiders spanning the Globe, Headquartered in America's Heartland of Wisconsin. We’ve won a ton of awards and have been featured in magazines and at medical conferences.

Consulting

Our projects range from working to improve access to healthcare for the Ministry of Health and designing patient experience for Hospitals, to helping Professional Organizations and Medical Technology Companies understand healthcare from the patients perspective. We define the problem through the lens of the end user and co-create an ideal experience.

Healthcare Engagement

When you need a brand ambassador, a speaker, insights for a project, or expertise for patient advisory boards we can connect your organization with the ideal patient expert(s) from our network. Establishing the ideal partnership builds patient engagement, user satisfaction, and extends the storytelling beyond the four walls of a healthcare organization.

Market Research

Unlike traditional market research, our team can design a plan to provide continuous feedback to our partners. Delivering real time feedback allows organizations to iterate and change based on the world today, not the world yesterday.

Culture and Education

By leveraging the 4T’s: Time – Trust – Transparency – Transitions our team will develop training and education plans to help your team provide the My Ideal Patient Experience to your patients and community.

our-philosophy-is

TIME LEADS TO TRUST, TRUST LEADS TO TRANSPARENCY , TRANSPARENCY LEADS TO TRANSITIONS; THE 4T’s LEAD TO RELATIONSHIPS AND SUCCESS!

Stacey Tinianov

Stacey Tinianov

Patient Ambassador, Breast Cancer; Founding Memeber

Despite maintaining a healthy diet and active lifestyle, Stacey was diagnosed with breast cancer on May 30, 2013, just six weeks after celebrating her 40th birthday and four months after her mother’s breast cancer diagnosis.

Outspoken by nature, and having borne witness to both the short and longer term complications and side effects associated with chemotherapy, Stacey was adamant in avoiding a scattershot, one-size-fits-all treatment approach and pushed for both genomic and genetic testing.

Since her diagnosis and treatment, Stacey has become a vocal advocate for patient engagement and empowerment via collaborative education and community building. After a career in instructional design, training and communications, Stacey has leveraged her passion for education to create and offer curriculum for newly diagnosed patients and survivors and continues to support others in finding their ‘outside voice’ during times of both wellness and illness.

Stacey is an active participant and faculty member for the RWJF’s FlipTheClinic program and has been an invited patient voice for the President’s Cancer Panel Workshop, Patients 2.0, Oncology Nurse Advisor and ASBrS. Stacey provides strategic consultancy services to Health IT companies as they strive to understand the patient voice and grow their patient community.

Mike Peters

Mike Peters

Solution Architect; Network Partner

As a former Oncology Service Line Administrator, Michael drove forth patient and provider experiences that were recognized as top 1% World Wide for satisfaction. To achieve such results, Michael instilled a “Yin-Yang” balance between patient and provider, delivering a high level work satisfaction for the provider while returning the value of high quality compassionate care for the patient.
This type of patient experience is what led Michael to see the value in #myidealptexp, knowing that to achieve a quality and compassionate driven healthcare environment, there needs to be a recognition of both the patient and provider to achieve nirvana.
Michael has taken these processes globally as a private clinical and management oncology consultant, to drive forth operational improvements to support the #myidealptexp delivery of care.
